1. System Access & Node Usage

DataFlight provides an institutional-grade routing engine designed to bypass retail markups. Access to this architecture is provided for informational and routing purposes.

• Rate Limiting: Automated scraping, malicious query injection, or bypassing our front-end client without explicit API authorization is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate IP/Subnet ban.

• Infrastructure Integrity: Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer the Monexa Routing Engine or our Global Distribution System (GDS) tunnel connections.

2. Handoff Protocols & Transactions

DataFlight functions exclusively as a data conduit. We do not act as a merchant of record, travel agency, or airline operator.

3. Data Fidelity & As-Is Provision

While our system polls nodes 24/7 to ensure data fidelity and sub-50ms latency, flight matrices are highly volatile. Pricing floors and seat availability fluctuate at the millisecond level based on GDS cache dynamics.

Consequently, all telemetry provided by DataFlight is delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, explicit or implied. We do not guarantee that the exact fare displayed will be available at the exact moment of external checkout.
